Within days, students who arrive nervous and curious leave inspired, certified, and, in many cases, certain of the path they want to pursue.

Dunkin’ pours into pediatric care
A new Dunkin’ location in Tucson recently opened its doors with coffee, celebration and a generous commitment to children and families in our community.
As part of the grand opening celebration at Dunkin’ on 2553 N. Campbell Ave., the local team invited Diamond Children’s Medical Center Child Life Specialists to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony and presented a $500 donation in support of pediatric care. The event brought the community together with fun activities including a “Dunkin’ tank”, prize wheels, DJ, face painting and free coffee for the first 100 guests for 100 days.
We are grateful to Dunkin’ for choosing Diamond Children’s as part of this special milestone - a wonderful example of how local businesses can make a difference for the children and families we serve.

Game On: Tucson Conquistadores champion young athletes in Southern Arizona
The Tucson Conquistadores recently gave $25,000 to the Banner Health Foundation for the Game On: Youth Athlete Support Fund . This generous gift will cover the cost of sports physicals and baseline concussion testing for students in underserved communities in Southern Arizona.
The Game On: Youth Athlete Support Fund was established by the Banner Health Foundation to level the playing field for student-athletes across Arizona. Recognizing that out-of-pocket medical costs can sideline children from disadvantaged families, the fund relies entirely on philanthropic support to remove these financial barriers.
Thank you, Tucson Conquistadores, for championing our young athletes and their dreams!
