Team Caring Eagles take on Ragnar del Sol!

I have the honor and privilege this week of representing First American and Business Technology Solutions as a member of the FA Caring Eagles team at the Ragnar del Sol race in Arizona! If you aren’t familiar with Ragnar, it’s a 200 mile relay-style race that is performed by a team of 12 individuals, which will take somewhere in the area of 36 hours. This means running back to back to back runs with little to no sleep and spending a solid day and a half straight in a sweaty, stinky van filled with First American colleagues that to date I don’t even know. Sound like an adventure? Sign me up!
I’ve been an avid runner for some time, and the ability to merge this important part of my life with my professional life is such an amazing opportunity! I’ve done a few Ragnar-style races, and the camaraderie that is built on such a team is an awesome experience. I look forward to using this as an opportunity to meet new people at First American and get an even better understanding of our company and business units from all over the country.
First American’s Caring Eagles team is partnering with Banner University Medicine Heart Institute. Our team is hoping to raise $25,000 to support the work of Banner University Medicine’s heart institute. We’ve been told that First American will making a $10,000 donation once our team reaches their fundraising goal! This is such an amazing opportunity to grow your impact supporting a cause that has impacted so many individuals, families, and communities. Banner University Medicine is fighting the good fight, working to improve heart health and I’m proud to work for a company that’s willing to step up and support such an important cause.
Time is running short until race day – Friday is the day! Would you please consider supporting Team Caring Eagles as they work to support a worthy cause? You can make a tax-deductible online gift to help us reach our goal.
